If they want us to drop one year of the lawsuit, does that have to go to the membership for a vote?

i think it has to go to a membership vote if only if it effects the contract, if it does not i dont think it has to... i would think one way or the other they would send a vote out to us, i havent asked. someone on here made a good point... i would drop the entire lawsuit now if our old contract, before the deal, was re-instated as it was before the freeze.

oh by the way the above stated would never happen, at least not right now.. the county will wait years to hold on to our money until it is imminent they will lose.. i would drop a full year of the 2012 RETRO for the longevity, but i would not drop the actual raise/step in court because it would take away from our top pay
