John Hardy, 52, called Nassau's Third Precinct on Wednesday afternoon claiming he was a terrorist and planned to bomb the Williston Park building, according to police. He called again a short time later and said he had left a bag of dynamite in the entranceway, police said. Nassau police searched the building but didn't find explosives. Detectives located Hardy three days later. Hardy, of 117 Water St., also faces an aggravated harassment charge. He is scheduled to be arraigned Sunday in First District Court in Hempstead.
