Bottom line this wasn't in the contract. If your are changing the contract then put it to a vote. There are a ton of things that the pba should have ask for besides lifting the frees and longevity that would be cost neutral to the county and they didn't. I hope these new hired start leaving for other police jobs soon. nope they wont..its all about when you get on the train..the new guys..havent had there pay frozen ( yet) they arent owed any money, they have lost nothing..there all happy campers making , or will be making decent money..untill the county fvcks them over..anyone coming from another job..same thing..they haven't been fvcked yet..they took this job on what is on the table now and in tier 6...

Bullshvt move. A few guys that were expecting OT, didn't get it. the county wants to get rid of tier 2..the best way is to take money out of your pocket and pension and then make life miserable at work till you give up and go..then they will fill it up with tier6 and make ticket writing machines out of them...and the county does at it pleases as it owns the BOG with all there perks and payoffs..im sure carver enjoyed thankgiving at home while earning holiday pay at detectives rate ..like the rest of the BOG..and all on your backs....
