Learning something from a situation and offering you advice are two very different things rabbit. And Rabbit, are you even eligible to comment on it, SCPD response time would be about 2 hours after 911 call ;-) TB "Learning something from a situation and offering you advice are two very different things rabbit. " How is it different... if you learn something positive from it then isn't it the Same thing? haha... funny but our response time to ANY gun run is comparable to ANY of the surrounding police agencies.

I, for one, cannot believe the operator intentionally exposed his partner to a man with a gun that close. We all know some "pails" that refuse to walk ten feet, but this defies belief. Can we agree, that the possibility exists that they did not see the guy until the last moment? I believe this is a likely explanation mixed with poor tactics.

We should be learning from the latest major incidents that have been covered by our incompetent news media. Their stories are missing a lot of pertinent facts that come out weeks and months later. That's one of the pitfalls of trying to form opinions so soon after an incident.

I worked in an A house in the city many moons ago. If my partner pulled up as depicted he could pick up his locker from the East River.
This wasn't an active shooter. SLOW down.
