I didn't know the First was absorbing HPB also. 109 is a N Bellmore car that is landlocked in the back streets. The Southern State Pky runs right throught the center of it. Maybe the county is taking over the parkway and didn't tell anybody. I don't know much about the Caprice except that it isn't sold to the public. I've seen the new Chevy Impala. It would probably be a good Police car too.

The Caprice has the shifter on the floor instead of the steering column. How is that gonna work out?

Not bad. Lets see how long it takes for them to get out of FSB and in service.

Not bad. Lets see how long it takes for them to get out of FSB and in service. Exactly there have been cars in my pct that have been out wrecked since before sandy with spares on post, and post cars with tons of miles. My post car has 145k... just like hiring they will never catch up. This dept loves to wait till things reach a breaking point before they act.

FYI A Queens Farm milk crate works great behind the driver's seat if it should happen to break.

They make a bracket that goes behind the radio area that holds it in place in the center of the dash, that pic wasnt from nassaus caprice inside, it's a pic of how the car should be setup on a real RMP

After a couple years, they started mounting them to the floor because the high mounting interferred with airbag deployment. Anyway, that's what they told us.
