News 12/Hofstra poll: LI police compensation November 19, 2013 longisland.news12.com/news/news-12-hofstra-poll-li-police-compensation-1.6464417Over 42 percent of respondents said they are Long Island residents recently had a chance to share their views about the way Nassau and Suffolk County police officers are compensated in a News 12 Long Island/Hofstra University poll. Over 42 percent of respondents said they are paid appropriately in response to the question, “Which of the following best reflects your view concerning the compensation of Long Island police officers?” Nearly 37 percent said they were paid too much while 8 percent said they were paid too little. Almost 13 percent were undecided.

Correct me if I am wrong. Cablevision owns news 12. Cablevision owns Newsday. Hofstra brought in to give the appearance this is just not another Newsday weekly attack against Long Islands Police Departments. Results to their surprise not what they wanted. Let's see how they try sell it to their advantage. Is it Cablevision or newsday?
