When I first got hired and old timer asked " hey kid do you know what AA pay is" ....not a clue...because the BOG wants AA pay..Detectives pay...and they got it..I bet most members dont know all the perks the Board gets...night differential but you work days....how much of our PBA dues do they get as extra pay for being on the BOG? ? and they hold there separate contract in secrecy...ask Carver for a copy and see what his answer is..The membership will never know what they get,,thats why its seperate and expires months after the memberships..so they get more perks on our give backs....

Transparency and honesty are the only answer for entrenched corruption. We have a right to know since the membership pays for it both directly and indirectly as well.

Why don't you ask the BOG at the open meeting what their compensation is from the county and the union. One is Police salary, the other is pay and compensation from the union. Shouldn't be a secret. Personally during my career, they all earned it.

Sorry the BOG hasnt earned it, if we loose in a contract so should they, instead of gaining more perks on our backs..Yes the BOG has ben asked about there compensation and perks at open metings and it is dismissed like how dare you challenge the GODS....just more BS they peddle to the masses

They may have earned it in the past.......they haven't earned or deserved it for at least the last 5 years or more. All they have earned lately is our scorn. The last time we had so few uniformed members was in 1961. This now a public safety crisis in the making and all they are doing is standing still or as they would say having more meetings.
