People will go into a fearful panic when they hear that their overrated school district will collapse if they don't approve a tax increase. They fear that if their school district isn't the best on long island their property values will decline and their children will be forever harmed and doomed to life of the uneducated. Too bad they don't feel the same way about their police protection and police services.
