Why every department should have standards

I always believed physical standards should be required after graduation. This is why.

What is really bad is that the second girl abandoned her partner. At least one tried to run after the guy, the other one went back to the car. Completely useless, couldn't even ask for help over the radio.
It reminds me of a lesson I learned at the Nassau Range. The instructor, Fred was his first name, asked how many of us go on calls involving a gun each week. One or two people said they did. He corrected us all by reminding us that we are bringing a gun to every call we go on and if we didn't have good tactics our own gun or our assisting officer's gun could be used against us.
THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST LESSON EVER TAUGHT THERE !
I look at these two and fear one day they could be disarmed, causing harm to themselves or another PO.

They should slap that kid for the obnoxious laugh and confiscate his phone as evidence.
