NYPD Cops Seen in Video Just Walking Away From Gang of Foul-Mouthed, Threatening Teens
The footage was posted on website LiveLeak four days ago. The location and timing of incident weren't clear and the NYPD didn't immediately comment after being sent the video. But one police source suggests officers are ‘apprehensive’ when it comes to engaging, after recent videotaped cases.

'Mr. Baldy': This NYPD officer is one of two cops seen on video showing great restraint when a group of what appear to be teen males harass them on the street, calling them names and yelling 'I'll f---- your b----,' 'You can't do s---.'
In the wake of several videos showing alleged NYPD brutality, a new clip has surfaced of city cops showing restraint when a gang of toughs harasses them with “Suck my d---“ and other vulgarities.
The two officers don't confront the crude crew in the recording and eventually walk away.
"Go home. Go home,” one cop tells the ruffians. “Get out of the street because you’re being disorderly."
But one of the crew of about five members responds, “I don’t care, Mr. Baldy,” to the cop, who is black and bald.
“I’ll f--- you up, you n-----,” another member of the group says.
“You threaten a police officer, you get arrested,” the cop warns him.
But the youths zing more insults at the officers, with one saying: “I’ll f--- your b----!”
“I’ll fvck your b---- too,” he tells the second cop, who is white. “I’ll fvck all you all b------.”
Another of the crew says, “He wants to hit you, man,” referring to the second cop.
The officer replies: “If I wanted to hit him, I would have hit him. I’m not trying to hit him.”
This NYPD officer and another didn't confront the crew except to tell them to 'go home,' but the apparent teens yell things like 'Hit me if you want!' and 'Suck my d---!'

The cops in the clip begin walking across a street, but the group continues harassing them.
One police source suggested cops were "apprehensive" when it came to engaging, after recent videotaped cases.
“Nobody wants to do anything,” the source said.
Another high-ranking police source said the cops were clearly “afraid” to arrest the toughs.
In one recent case, an officer was suspended for kicking a vendor while he was on the ground in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, as other police struggled to arrest him for refusing to leave the area. The Sunday incident was caught on video that went viral.
Another recording in which a pregnant woman was taken down by a police officer came out Tuesday. That cop is being investigated.
In July, a policeman was videotaped putting Staten Island man Eric Garner in a chokehold that the medical examiner said caused Garner’s death.
