Almost 100% positive that's Franklin Avenue just north of Hempstead Turnpike across from St. Catherine's church.

Man, I'm so old I can't tell what year car that PD is let alone wherethe heck the photo was taken. Must have been after I retired cause they paved over the wagon ruts in the dirt roads.....

Paco's Grill & Pupuseria, in Franklin Square on the corner of New Hyde Park Rd and Hempstead Tpke.
The picture looks pretty recent.

Paco's has only been there for about 15 years. Photo shows the address on the door 4 New HydePark Rd. State Farm office was upstairs.
