Three Queens men have been arrested and charged with robbing three AT&T Wireless stores in Franklin Square, two stores on Tuesday and one of the same stores a week earlier, Nassau County police said.
The men had robbed the store at 176 Franklin Ave. earlier Tuesday and were in the process of robbing the store at 995 Hempstead Tpke. when they were arrested at 5:30 p.m., police said.
After an investigation, the trio was linked to the robbery of the same AT&T store on Hempstead Turnpike on Nov. 28, police said.
The men, all residents of the Springfield Gardens area, were identified as Nashawn Pope, 21, of 134-49 166th Place; Thurston Davis, 23, of 134-35 166th Place, and Stan Taylor, 25, of 138-24 175th St.
All were awaiting arraignment Wednesday on three counts each of robbery in the first degree and other charges, police said.
