I hope that when this NCPD"deal" is all done, some one will put down on paper, and on this site, what you all gave up to get what you all got. That should end all the bickering that has gone on for so long to see what is really the truth…...

This thread was not to debate Nifa..it was to show how 2 counties with the same financial issues handle themselves...one raised taxes to support a union and membership the other does not and supports the BOG....and how newsrag portrays each entity differently..
