GEEZ..no saftey harness..well if you fall you wont feel a thing when you hit the ground at that height.....wonder how windy it is up there?...

He has a waist harness on with what we call "bridge climbers straps" basically a nylon strap with locking D-rings on the ends. If he has it attached to the tower and slips it should hold him but if he really needed help he's gonna be hanging there awhile.
Reminds me of when Al Cole would relieve me after a midnight and he'd ask me if I made sure the red blinking light on the top of the WHLI tower was lit.
