Starting to sound like this job, which is sad. What's going to wind up happening is that those of us getting screwed now with less than 7 years on the job are eventually going to be the ones with time and we are going to bring our pissed off attitudes with us and unfortunately, we're going to taint the new borns. Lets really hope and pray things turn around before any of that happens.

As bad as things are and I think most would agree they are very bad if not the worst its ever been, we still have a lot to be thankful for on this job. I am as guilty as anyone for b1tching and moaning but some guys take it to a whole new level. At some point it really starts to serve no purpose other then to shove morale even further into the sh1tter.

I agree, it's a great job, a hell of a lot better than I had it in the city. But, told you're going to get something and then have it snatched away is causing morale to plummet. Things will continue to decline until we are unfrozen.
