Good thing this did not happen in NY. His standard capacity (aka in NY as high capacity) AR-15 mags would have seen him charged under the SAFE Act, even though he saved his own life and sent a mutt to the ER.
Too bad the store owners in Baltimore didn't do the samewhen the cops were ordered to stand down
In NY, only criminals can use high capacity mags

I couldn't make out the magazine in the video. It could have been a NY legal 10 rounder. But if he miscounted and loaded 8 rounds he'd be 1 round over the legal amount a New Yorker is allowed and, thus, according to NY law, should rot in a prison for such a heinous crime.
