Not only are you giving the county leverage to f*ck us harder by voting no . They're already talking about more "reforms" to give us in future negotiations . It wasn't perfect but Voting no was a mistake. Arbitration is only for 2 years and god knows what happens after that . I think there are A lot of spoiled people who've never worked a real job before in their lives. We still had the best chart there is and we're going to do very well at top pay for a PO. This was dumb

This was dumb There are spoiled people but asking us to work 9 extra days per year starting in 2021 if u count the 5 paybacks 2 vacation days we now have to work and 2 sick days per year is way too much. Obviously combined with Healthcare is way too much. |

This was dumb Healthcare is a given the precedent has been set so thats happening but put back the sick days and vacation days and have us work an extra 2 or 3 days max and I'd vote yes. No way can I give 9 days per year |
