Yeah I watched it live just to see what Joe would do..He voted Yes with a stipulation of no layoffs. Only problem is his stipulation means crap. The yes vote is what mattered. Sad to see him sell his soul after being a union vice president for so long.

Joe should be ashamed of himself. Would he go the anti american anti collective bargaining anti civil servant anti police anti union WAY if he were still on the force. Seems that he got elected because ncpd backed him but now he is nothing more than a phony shill of a man. no class no loyalty no honor
