That is the word coming from the PBA BOG meeting that happened on Thursday.

Also the new class of approx 100 would attend the academy on saturdays to expedite the time frame in order to get them out for the summer. Again, nothing matters until it actually happens

They have plenty of statements come out of the BOG meetings that have no merit. Im sick of hearing the rumors. We need something from Jimmys mouth

This will never pass a vote if it were true. Would we at least get put to where we should be? Or would top pay still be 108?

But, everyone will get to their step and the lawsuit continues. The top pay guys won't lose anything because we're still fighting in court. What this deal would do is get everyone to the step they're supposed to be at and still work on winning retro. There are no vacation give backs, no personal day give backs, I don't get WHY they won't vote for it. They wouldn't lose anything and the guys stuck in their steps will at least get some more money in their paychecks to help pay down that monumental debt they've (myself included) accrued in the last few years.
Also, no one's seen any deal yet, so of course, this is all speculation. But, I've heard this is probably what's going to happen

Heard something very similar from delegate that was at BOG meeting. Never said anything about wage increase being frozen. I was told we pulled everything off the table, still fighting for retro. Selling out the unborn. Hopefully this is the deal. I know a lot of top pay guys will shoot down the wage freeze. However, how about letting the guys in steps get a taste of what it is like o make $100,000 to walk in the door.

Everyone basically gets to where they're supposed to be as of January 2014 and the lawsuit still continues. Heard they're still fighting over minor details but they NEED to hire so badly and the amount of money they're going to save by the unborn is enormous that they can't afford not to work with us. IMO if the guys at top pay are bitching about raises going forward, that's a sign that this job is going down the toilet. We have guys losing their homes, their marriages are in shambles and we have guys bitching about not making $130 base salary.
