Just goes to show how fuhcked up this job is. In the corporate world whomever was in charge of that debacle would be fired. Just like RMS, the NYS or even better the US AG's office should be investigating what companies were used to fulfill these contracts and what bosses got kickbacks. Chief shows up at range, looks around and says "Wow its been a long time since I've been here...OK lets get started, here's what I want for the new tac-house". Anything wrong with that picture? Pompous Nobody..... Sheesh Next thing will be for firing a cop for similar agregious acts BTW is he a Cop? In Union title, of course. I say " Ride him out on a Rail ".... In the real world, he'd be fired! What world, and economic pain, does your contracts survive in ?

I never took this job expecting more than was offered when I put, pen to paper.
As time went on , I learned many things relative to perks, tiers and benefits, that I did not have knowledge of, nor may never have.
I continued doing my job as a police officer , and although not in my liking or timeline......
I was eventually rewarded.
Plainthclothes, Detective, and Sergeant.
I blame no one for my advancement nor lack of it at any given time.
I post now during not only during your financial dilemma, but your Family dilemma as well.
Relative: to your VOTE/ CONTRACT
Not I, THE UNION, nor anyone else, "purporting to know", should ever influence your decision on a CHAT ROOM?
BLOG .............EVER.........
NOT EVER!!!!
It is not, only unprofessional, but stinks of impropriety.
You as a membership, should identify such persons and ask your union if those persons have the authority to post as implied.
You love him, embrace him, take him into your home, trust him with your family.
My good advice............ NEVER trust a Blogger, including me.
