I'm hearing we're going to get retro, but not all at once. They're going to dole it out over 3 years

It's sounding worse and worse. 1 percent raises, retro over 3 years. Why would we sign this? Are we really going to trust the county 3 years down the road to pay us? Are you kidding me?

I'm hearing health insurance good until 2020. Raises closer to two percent ... retro over the course of three years... Half holiday and unicorn checks for the next three years deferred until retirement

No retro means a NO for me!!! Wtf?!?! Life expenses keep going up and I still have to get by on what I make... Why the urgency to make a deal now?!?! Because election is coming up and you want the unions to freaking endorse you... Really? Are we that shrt sighted??? I don't think so... F U and just pay me... I've waited long enough now it's time to get what I'm owed

I don't think it's a matter of endorsement... I think it's a matter of an extension. Retro over the course of three years isn't bad.

We should get an e-mail from the PBA in a few hours. No way we won't get retro. I'm sure the unborn will get hammered.
AND.......NIFA has to agree for a deal to go through.

Im sure there will be open meetings to discuss this and ask questions like we had at the last extension. If this deal isnt everything we are hoping for, I want front row tickets to that. The problem I see is getting the dems on the legislature to go for this. Two months before an election and they are going to help make the enemy look better? I don't think this happening..

I'm just excited to see what this "unicorn check" nybuild1 was talking about. I know the county has been living in fantasy land for so long, it should be interesting.
